This stands as a notably more budget-friendly option when compared to prior performances. Reportedly, during the Lover singer’s MetLife Stadium, upper bowl tickets went up for $1,700, and field-level seats were almost reaching $4,000.

Taylor Swift is bringing The Eras Tour to Tokyo in February 2024

Taylor Swift’s much-hyped Eras Tour is one of the year’s hottest concerts, with tickets selling out almost the moment they become available. Yet, Asian cities have been conspicuously absent from her tour schedule – until now.

The Anti-Hero and Karma hit-maker has announced that she will be playing four consecutive dates in Tokyo next year from February 7 to 10. This is her first Tokyo performance in five years – her last Tokyo show was in 2018.

Tickets start from ¥8,800 and top out at ¥30,000. Mid-tier seats are ¥18,800 and ¥22,800.

Pre-sale tickets will be available exclusively for American Express cardholders on Friday June 23 at 2pm. The official advance sale, which is a lottery system via Lawson Tickets, will open at 10am on Tuesday June 27. For more information, check The Eras Tour website.

Taylor Swift will be performing at Tokyo Dome in Tokyo on Saturday, February 10, 2024 (one of four shows in Tokyo). The concert is part of the ‘The Eras Tour’ and Sabrina Carpenter has been announced as support act for this show. Tickets will be sold through a number of pre-order lotteries, before general sale starts.

Ticket buyers will need to install the AnyPass app before attending the show, to download the digital tickets.

TOKYO -- TOKYO (AP) — Taylor Swift, who is holding concerts in Japan through Feb. 10, will make it in time for the Super Bowl to see her partner and football superstar Travis Kelce play.

To make sure all her fans know, the Japanese Embassy in Washington, D.C. has sent a message on X, formerly Twitter, alluding to her hit songs in bold letters.

“Despite the 12-hour flight and 17-hour time difference, the Embassy can confidently Speak Now to say that if she departs Tokyo in the evening after her concert, she should comfortably arrive in Las Vegas before the Super Bowl begins,” it said.

Swift is in a highly public relationship with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Kelce. The AFC champions face off the San Francisco 49ers, the NFC champs, Feb. 11.

Noise regulations in Tokyo stipulate that events must stop using the public sound system at 9:30 p.m. That should give Swift plenty of time, given that Japan is a day ahead in the global day.

Swift is performing four nights at the Tokyo Dome as part of her Eras Tour, which continues later in Australia. That means she would have to fly halfway around the world again later in the week.

Swift’s flying on a private jet to watch Kelce play has already prompted criticism about carbon emissions and lavish spending.
