Action items detected from conversation

Other products in this space have automatic detection of action items. It would be nice if my assistant could detect action items from the normal conversation or even allow a speak to say something like "Add X as an action item for person Y". This would cut down on the time to search through the recording for these action items.

Actually, we have developed and tested this feature before, but the automatic detection is not accurate. So we didn't release it.
I really like your idea! Would you like the Airgram assistant to add action items like those you mentioned automatically and directly? Or need a second check manually (such as make a click to ensure this is what you want to added as action item)?
We will discuss it and any new information will be updated to you.
I'm not sure if I understand the difference between automatically and directly.
As you say it may not be so accurate so it would be nice if they give me the option to accept them or edit them before publishing.
